Herbal Products & Custom Blends

Q: Can you make any herb into a capsule?
A: Yes! Most herbs can be turned into capsules. Just let us know which herb or blend you want, and we will customize your capsules to help meet your herbal needs.

Q: Can I create my own herbal blend and have RSL package it?
A: Absolutely. We offer custom formulations and packaging for teas, powders, and capsules. If you’ve got your own blend in mind, bring us the list or idea; we’ll help make it real.

Q: Do you make detox kits or Seamoss drinks to order?
A: Yes, we can customize detox kits and Seamoss smoothies or gels to fit your needs.... whether you want energy, cleansing, or immune support. Let's talk.

Q: Are your teas organic?
A: Yes. Our Teas are all organic, flavorful, and blended to support your body naturally.


Seamoss & Wellness

Q: What’s the difference between Seamoss gel and raw Seamoss?
A: Raw Seamoss is dried and needs to be soaked before use. Seamoss gel is already blended and ready to go......perfect for smoothies, teas, or straight by the spoonful.

Q: How long does Seamoss gel last?
A: It lasts about 3–4 weeks refrigerated. Keep it cold and sealed tight for the best freshness.

Q: Can I order custom Seamoss flavors?
A: Yes! We make flavored Seamoss gels like Soursop, Black Cherry, and other seasonal blends. Ask in-store or message us for availability.


Orders, Shipping & Pickup

Q: Do you ship nationwide?
A: Yes, we ship all over the U.S. through our website shoprsl.com 

You can also visit us in-store for local pickup.

Q: How long do orders take to ship?
A: Most orders ship out within 3–5 business days. Custom or made-to-order products may take a bit longer BUT don't worry, we’ll always keep you updated.

Q: Can I pick up my order in person?
A: Definitely. Choose “In-Store Pickup” at checkout and swing by our Gardena location when it’s ready.


Returns & Policies

Q: Can I return or exchange a product?
A: Due to the nature of herbal and personal care products, we can’t accept returns once opened. If there’s an issue with your order, reach out and we’ll make it right.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: Email us with a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace or refund the damaged item.

Q: Can you tell me what herbs to take for certain conditions?
A: We can share traditional herbal uses and wellness information, but we don’t give medical advice. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting new herbs or supplements.

Q: Can I talk to someone for herbal guidance?
A: Yes! Stop by the store or send us a message. We have in-store herbalists/clerks to help you with any health questions/concerns. Also, our team is trained in holistic wellness and can help you choose the right products for your goals.
