1️⃣ Processing & Shipping Times

📅 Orders can be placed on rslherbalemporium.com 24/7.
🕒 Orders placed after 3 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
📦 Orders placed Saturday, Sunday, will be processed on the next business day.
🚚 Once processed, orders ship within 1–3 business days.



2️⃣ Shipping Locations

🌿 We currently ship within the United States only.
❌ International shipping is not available at this time.

If you have purchased our products from another retailer and live outside the U.S., please contact them directly for assistance.


3️⃣ Cancellations & Order Changes

🛑 Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment team to keep shipping fast.
If you’ve already received a shipping confirmation email, the order has been picked up by the carrier and cannot be canceled or changed.


4️⃣ Refunds for Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damaged products, once an order has left our facility, these issues must be handled with the shipping carrier directly.
However, if you experience a problem with your delivery, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
