⏳ Timeframe
📅 You have 7 days from the date your tea or herbal product is delivered to request a return.
📧 To start, email rslherbalemporium@gmail.com with your name, order number, and reason for return.
✅ Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Product must be unopened and in the same condition you received it 🆕

Original labels & packaging must be intact 📦

You must have your receipt or proof of purchase 🧾
If approved, we’ll provide:

📌 Instructions for sending your package back to us
⚠️ Tea or herbs that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
💥 Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives 🚚. Contact us immediately if:

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are consumable, we cannot accept returns on:
