We want every sip of your RSL Herbal Emporium tea to make you feel amazing 🌿💚, but if something isn’t right with your order, here’s how returns work:


⏳ Timeframe
📅 You have 7 days from the date your tea or herbal product is delivered to request a return.
📧 To start, email rslherbalemporium@gmail.com with your name, order number, and reason for return.


✅ Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unopened and in the same condition you received it 🆕

  • Original labels & packaging must be intact 📦

  • You must have your receipt or proof of purchase 🧾

If approved, we’ll provide:
📌 A prepaid return shipping label
📌 Instructions for sending your package back to us

⚠️ Tea or herbs that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.


💥 Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives 🚚. Contact us immediately if:

  • The packaging or product is damaged 💔

  • You received the wrong tea blend or item 🔄

We’ll review and work to make it right.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are consumable, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened tea pouches or herbal blends 🍃

  • Custom tea blends or special-order items ✍️

  • Herbal bath soaks, infused oils, or other self-care goods 🧴

  • Sale items or gift cards 🎁

🔁 Exchanges
Want a different tea?... The fastest way:

  1. Return your unopened item (if eligible)

  2. Once approved, place a new order for your preferred blend 🛍️


💳 Refunds

  • We’ll notify you after we’ve received & inspected your return ✅

  • If approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method

  • Your bank or credit card company may take a few days to process it ⏳
