Blue Lotus

Blue Lotus is known to be used as a sleep aid and anxiety reliever, but has also been described as a mild stimulant. Blue lotus can be used to promote sleep and lucid dreams.  Blue Lotus may be used as an aphrodisiac in order to stimulate sexual desire.
